‍Each sauna is handcrafted using high-quality materials and built to order. We do our best to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, and pricing. Because each unit is made by hand, small variations may occur.

2. Ordering & Payment

‍A deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers. Orders are considered final once your deposit is received.Cancellations made within 7 days of ordering may be eligible for a partial refund.

3. Shipping & Delivery

‍We offer delivery in the Midwest region and work with partners for longer hauls. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location, weather, and demand.Delivery fees are quoted at the time of sale.The buyer is responsible for having a clear and accessible space for delivery.Pause Saunas is not responsible for delays due to weather, access limitations, or third-party carriers.


4. Returns & Refunds

‍Because each sauna is custom-built, all sales are final. However, if your sauna arrives with damage or defects, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

5. Warranty

‍Pause Saunas offers a 1-year craftsmanship warranty on structural components. This covers defects in workmanship but does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or neglect.

6. Use at Your Own Risk

‍Saunas involve high heat. Use responsibly and follow all safety recommendations. Children must be supervised at all times. Pause Saunas is not liable for any injuries or misuse of the product.

7. Intellectual Property

‍All content on this site—including photos, product names, and design elements—is owned by Pause Saunas and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy

‍We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide is used solely to process your order and communicate with you.
